Real Madrid CF introduced a new kit for the 2021/2022 season whose design reflects the spirit and sense of togetherness within the club, along with the fans, under the slogan This is grandeza and features references to the Santiago Bernabéu.
With the new kit comes a new font. The font is an angular, stenciled font. The letters are plain but the numbers have an outline. Since La Liga is using a common league font, the new Real Madrid font can only be used in Copa del Rey, UEFA Champions League and other matches played outside the auspices of La Liga that the club is participating.
The Real Madrid 2021/2022 is only available to those who will make a donation for this font. Read this if you want to know why this font is not a free download.
The Real Madrid 2021/2022 font is a donationware font, meaning that you are required to make a donation before you will receive the Real Madrid 2021/2022 font. We will leave it up for you to decide how much to donate but please be generous. The font that you will receive is both in TTF and OTF formats.
The Real Madrid 2021/2022 font has two sets of numbers - an as designed numbers and then a set of numbers with placeholders for the Real Madrid CF crest. Unfortuntely the crest/logo is not included in the font. Also, the low-resolution font preview does not give justice to the numbers of the font. Here's a sample of the numbers (with and without the crest placeholder) done at high resolution to give you a good idea on how the numbers look like:
To give you a chance to evaluate the font and play with it, a demonstration font with a very limited number of characters consisting of the letters A B C D E and the numbers 0 1 is available for download.
How to make a donation
- Go to PayPal by using this donation link.
- Enter the amount that you want to donate and, as earlier mentioned, please be generous.
- Make sure that you are making the donation to freefootballfonts@gmail.com
- Provide other information required by PayPal and follow instructions from PayPal.
- Submit the donation.
- Send us an email at freefootballfonts@gmail.com and let us know about the donation that you just made. The font will be sent to the email address used to make the PayPal donation.
- We give credit to those who make a donation. Let us know if you want the donation to be anonymous so that your name won't be mentioned on the page.
Additional Conditions
- You are not allowed to use the Real Madrid 2021/2022 font as a webfont.
- We will only honor donations for Real Madrid 2021/2022 that is made to our PayPal account, freefootballfonts@gmail.com.
- A donation for the Real Madrid 2021/2022 font does not apply to other fonts that may also require a donation. In the same way, donations for other fonts will not apply as donation for the Real Madrid 2021/2022 font. Donations for other fonts should be made separately.
- Give us 24 hours, at most, to send you the font. This is to give allowance for time zone differences.
- The donation is non-refundable once the font has already been emailed to the donor.
- We will only entertain request for refunds of donations sent to freefootballfonts@gmail.com.
- We reserve the right to reject a donation. Donations that are not accepted will be refunded to the donor's PayPal account. This is the only acceptable way of refunding a donation.
- In case of a refund, the donor agrees to shoulder PayPal's transaction fee amounting to USD 0.30 (30 US cents), which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- By sending a donation for the Real Madrid 2021/2022 font means that you agree to all of the conditions mentioned on this page.
