Schools in Liberia were closed as a precaution against the spread of the deadly virus Ebola which ravished the country.
While the schools were closed lectures were broadcast on radio in order to enable the children to continue to learn.
More than 4, 000 people died in Liberia from Ebola.
As schools re-opened today students were under strict rules of washing their hands
Guinea another worst hit country with Ebola re-opened its schools last month while Sierra Leone intends to open schools end of March 2015.
