First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOEY!!!!
Today we are going to celebrate his birthday at SIX FLAGS, for real this time. That's if he wakes up. He's been sleeping for 12 hours now! NOT a morning person. I woke him to wish him a happy birthday and he practically ripped my head off...apparently, 'I'm so irritating'. He doesn't catch that, ' vacation spirit ' , that most of us have. You know, just always happy regardless. Anyways, I'm all ready and fresh, it's a beautiful day. I'll irritate the HELL out of him when he actually gets up and showers and all...he's always nicer after his am shower.
So far my vacation has been nothing less than surreal.
I tweeted about the health crisis in this city, or this suburb of Anaheim. I know there is nothing but tourists here but OMG!
Do you know that we were having dinner last night and everyone BUT joey and I had a healthy weight. NO ONE was less than 200 lbs! Okay, may be an eggaderation(sp?), but even the children were over weight! It's scary to see how obesity is such a major problem here. Every block has a fast food stop, restaurant or fast food stand....again I am in Disneyland World!
We experienced Melrose yesterday and what a polar opposite! I am so happy at all the fabois outfits and impeccably well dressed gorgeous people. The big surprise for me was that everyone was so kind! more so than Vancouver. No attitude, only, 'appropriate attitude'. What I mean by that is that they exude confidence and power. They really have 'style ' here. I LOVE IT! Wait until you see the pic's! I can't post photos while I'm here. I'm using the hotel's computer.
Well, in general, I'm having a great time. Just being away in another country excites me. It always does. If I had a disposable income I would travel an learn as many languages as possible and shop all over the world! Give, give and give!
